Employees step away from the demands of the workday and into a calm, thoughtfully curated space designed for comfort, ease and restorative touch.

Each 10, 15 or 20-minute treatment takes place in a professional massage chair supporting the face, chest, arms and knees. Guided breathing and progressive relaxation audio help employees settle while the therapist focuses on the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, hands and scalp.

Chair massage can support circulation, ease muscular stiffness and provide temporary relief from common areas of workplace tension. Employees often return to work feeling lighter, calmer, refreshed and better able to focus.

What you need to know

Embody Wellness works with companies ranging from small to medium corporations and can treat up to 144 staff or guests in an 8 hour day.

Embody Wellness offers chair massage for personal celebrations like birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers and pamper parties. We also offer longer treatments on portable massage beds as well as beauty services like express manicures, pedicures and facials. Corporations book us for wellness days, Team building events, women’s day and de-stress days.

All we need is a quiet space to create a tranquil on-site spa with our décor and chairs. We will also need 5 minutes between each massage to sanitize our hands and chairs, adjust the chair for the next person and find out their needs for their treatment. Staff only need to remove jackets and neck chains and specify if they prefer oil, balm or no oil/balm. The massages are safe for pregnant women in their second and third trimester of pregnancy only.
